This post is a 10 hour per week post from April 25 for 6 months subject to further funding.

To be responsible for delivering sessions to our clients and forging links with health professionals to provide advice, guidance and support.

Our Activities

Memory Café – Fridays 1pm to 3pm Evron Centre, Filey – you will organise and run the memory café with support from volunteers and trustees. 

Staff the drop-in service at Evron Centre, Filey – you will run a general drop in session one morning per week, day to be confirmed 10am to 1pm.   You will be providing advice, guidance and sign posting to our clients in and around Filey i.e. benefits advice, not necessarily delivered by the successful person, food bank support, where to get/how to get help with any issues.

Community Meals – one monthly - You will support Happy Days community group with delivering a monthly community meal, this is bought in.   Last Thursday of month 12pm to 2pm

Trips – one monthly.  You will organise day trips for over 65’s in and around Filey.  Previous trips have included fish and chips in Whitby, Stephen Joseph Theatre, Christmas lunch.
