This opportunity is to volunteer with people struggling with memory issues, mainly dementia.
We run a weekly memory cafe at the Evron Centre on Fridays 1.30pm to 3pm
Carers Plus support us by supporting carers of our clients
At the cafe we rim various activities and some of our clients do not have a carer to support them. Your role would be to offer comfort and friendship to our clients
Experience not essential but would suit someone with experience of dementia. A kind, caring individual that can be empathic towards our clients
No DBS required as you will not be working alone
This opportunity is to support the Lead Practitioner by organising activities, building relationships with clients and deputising for the Lead due to illness or holidays and marketing.
The memory cafe runs every Friday 1.30pm to 3pm at the Evron Centre, Filey
Experience of running community events is desirable but training given

Our hub is currently open on Tuesdays 10am to 1pm at the Evron Centre. Day can be changed.
We provide advice and guidance on any issue, signposting to other organisations. Share information about our events and activities and those of other organisations.
We would like volunteers that would be confident running the hub without supervision.
Experience working in the community with a variety of age groups is desirable.

This opportunity is for volunteers to help us deliver our community meal activity once a month in Filey.
The meals are provided by caterers so no cooking.
Support needed with washing up, serving, building relationships and enjoy a meal yourself.
No DBS required as you will not be working alone
We run our 11 to 16 Emotional Wellbeing Groups at The Evron Centre in Filey on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4.30pm to 6pm
We do many different activities with young people and will be carrrying out outside activities when it is warmer.
Would suit students, parents returning to work, people with experience of working with young people.
Could you come and support us to run our charity, keep up to date with new policies, fundraise, shout about our work.
We would love at least another 3 people to join us to ensure we have a varied selection of people that can make changes to improve our charity.
